1) Do we offer Cash On Delivery?
Yes, we do offer the facility of cash on delivery.
2) Can I use more than one coupon code while purchasing a product?
No, you can apply only one coupon code for one order of any number of products selected. You may, however, split your order and apply two or more coupon codes if eligible on the order.
3) Are there any shipping charges?
A standard shipping charge of Rs. 100 is applied on all orders below Rs. 799. (Please refer to our Shipping Policy)
4) Why was my refund or replacement request declined?
Upon return, the product has been checked for any damage (like torn, spillage, stains, signs of washing) and the complete packing (hang tag to be intact). In case of the presence of any damage and/or absence of complete packing, the refund or replacement will stand cancelled. The return shipment of such a product will be borned by the customer.
5) Are there any deductions on refund of the product?
A nominal amount of 2% will be deducted as per the payment gateway charges in case of prepaid orders.
6) Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
You can only change it till the order is dispatched (i.e within 24 hours of placing the order). Once shipped, the product will be delivered at the address mentioned while placing the order.
